To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. Our content and services are strictly for adults, and we do not accept bookings from individuals under 18.

2. Booking Information

To confirm your booking, we may need some of the following details:

For In-call Bookings:

• Your first name and a contact phone number.

For Outcall Bookings:

• Your full name (first and last).

• Full address of your residence or hotel. If at a hotel, include the room number and any access instructions (e.g., key card or lobby meeting).

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information securely, as per our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Policy

Payment Schedule:

• Payment is due in full at the beginning of the session (within the first 10 minutes of the therapist’s arrival).

• Once agreed, fees are non-negotiable, and no partial refunds or discounts apply.

• All payments are in GBP (£). A 10% surcharge applies if paying in foreign currency to cover exchange fees.

Cancellation Fees:

• For In-call bookings: £50 if cancelled with less than 30 minutes' notice.

• For Outcall bookings: £100 if cancelled with less than 40 minutes' notice.

• If a session is cancelled upon the therapist's arrival, the full fee is charged.

4. Hygiene and Preparation

Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Therapists may request a shower before the session begins. You’ll have 10 complimentary minutes for this, but additional shower time will reduce the session length.

For Outcall sessions, ensure your space is clean and comfortable for the massage.

5. Alcohol and Drugs Policy

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on drug use. Services will not be provided to clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If a client appears intoxicated, the session will be cancelled, and the full fee will still be charged.

6. Punctuality

For In-call Bookings:

• Arrive on time for your session. If you plan to arrive early, let us know, and we’ll check if your therapist is ready.

For Outcall Bookings:

• If more than 15 minutes pass beyond the agreed start time, the session may be cancelled, and you will still be charged the full fee.

We strive to ensure our therapists are punctual. If delays occur, we will inform you promptly.

7. Client Conduct and Boundaries

Respect for our therapists is essential. Clients must remain passive during the session and respect the therapist’s boundaries. Inappropriate behaviour, including touching or soliciting, will lead to immediate termination of the session without a refund. We do not provide or facilitate sexual services.

8. Use of Facilities

For Outcall bookings:
Clients must provide access to bathroom and shower facilities for the therapist if needed.

For In-call bookings:
Clients are welcome to use the facilities at our private, luxury locations.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for the following reasons:

• Disrespectful behaviour, including verbal, physical, or electronic abuse.

• Repeated cancellations or failure to comply with our policies.

• Inappropriate or illegal conduct.

10. Direct Communication Only

Bookings must be made directly by the client. We do not accept third-party bookings, except in cases where a translator or assistant is required due to a disability.

3. Travel Fee

The cab fee for the therapist’s travel is separate and will be discussed during the booking process.
